My sympathies go out to Frannies children and family. Fran and her spunky attitude will be deeply missed. It's been awhile since I saw Fran, but I've always considered her as one of my dearest friends. Time always flies by so fast and "life happens". It will always be my regret that I didn't make it up to Sheboygan as often as I used to.

Frannie, my dear friend, I will always love you. May you rest in peace
