Arline M.  Ehren (Preder)
Arline M. Ehren, 100, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at Pine Haven Christian Communities–Faith Home in Sheboygan Falls.

Arline was born to John and Alice (Shaver) Preder on November 5, 1916, in the Town of Holland. Arline attended Weeden Creek School. On June 20, 1936, Arline married William Ehren Jr. in Sheboygan Falls. William preceded Arline in death on June 29, 1996. Arline was a busy and dedicated mother, faithfully raising eight children. She was employed as an Avon representative, housekeeper, and as a JC Penney associate.

Arline was a member of Blessed Trinity Parish. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking, and rose gardening. Above all, Arline was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who cherished the time she spent with her family.

Arline is survived by three daughters, Virginia Lorenz of Sheboygan Falls, Constance (Jerome) Cook of Sheboygan, and Linda (Dean) Te Beest of Sheboygan Falls; five sons, David (Sandra) of Luxemburg, Joseph (Sharon) of Sheboygan Falls, William III (Jocelyn) of Luxemburg, Thomas (Deb TenHaken) of Sheboygan, and Michael of Rhinelander; 21 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Muriel Schultz and Edythe LeRoy; and one sister-in-law, Phylis Preder.

Arline was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, William Ehren Jr., one son-in-law, Richard Lorenz, one great-grandchild, and one great-great-grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Arline’s life will be held at 11 am on Monday, May 1, 2017, at Blessed Trinity Parish in Sheboygan Falls with Rev. Bob Lotz officiating. The burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday at church from 9 am until the time of mass at 11 am.

A memorial fund has been established in Arline’s name for Blessed Trinity Parish.

Arline’s family expresses their appreciation to the staffs of Pine Haven Christian Home and St. Nicholas Hospital Home Health & Hospice for their compassionate care.
